We often see the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body treated separately, but they are all interconnected. The offerings below are different doorways into that integration — pick the one your body recognizes today.


What a session feels like

Spacious, intuitive, and rooted in nervous-system awareness.

Sessions begin with a slow intake — what your body has been carrying, what it's asking for, and what would feel supportive today. There's no fixed protocol; the shape of the work follows your nervous system.

From there we move into the work — Reiki, Yin + Slow, Akashic, or a blend — paced so your body has time to feel without flooding. Hands-on contact is always optional and consent is checked throughout.

We close with a few quiet minutes to let the work settle and a short integration note so you can carry the practice into the rest of the week.
