What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing modality that works through light, intentional touch and quiet presence. Sessions support the body's own intelligence — softening tension, easing the breath, and creating a spacious container for whatever wants to move.
You remain fully clothed and comfortable. Most sessions blend stillness with subtle shifts of attention, leaving you deeply rested and a little more in your own skin.
