Why combine them?
Slow yoga opens the body and regulates the breath. Reiki, received in stillness afterwards, settles what was stirred — inviting the nervous system to fully rest in the space the movement created.
Ideal for anyone who tends to move past rest, or who finds pure stillness a challenge. The two practices together hold you gently between doing and being.
